The park is located on National Route 175, and brings in the largest number of visitors (approx. 700,000 people yearly) among the parks in Kita-Harima. In the farmland in front of the park. A total of 380,000 sunflowers (the city flower) bloom during summer, and in autumn, blooming cosmoses create a flower carpet. Within the park are the symbolic Sunflower Tower, flower beds throughout the four seasons, a fountain where kids can play, a multipurpose field, large playground equipment, shops (San Patio Ono and O-st), a restaurant, and the Chaicom children's house.

The Jodo-do Hall, a national treasure, was built in the early years of the Kamakura period (1192-1333) and is a valuable building that shows us the great Buddha construction style, which is same as the Great South Gate (Nandaimon) of Todai-ji Temple. The triad of standing Amitabha statues (a national treasure; the tallest one is 5.3 m tall) in the hall was created by the famous sculptor Kaikei. The statues lit by the late afternoon sun from behind represent Buddha coming to welcome the spirits of the dead.

The Ono Alps has a hiking course from Kamoike pond to Hakuundani Hot Springs Yupika, where one can stroll through the natural mountain scenery. In particular, one can fully enjoy the beauty of nature and the gentle wind in the Kisumino Miharashi-no-Mori forest.

A full-fledged pottery-experiencing facility located near Ao Station on the JR Kakogawa Line. The facility offers pottery classes as well as one-day painting or potter's wheel experience courses. The works are displayed at the hall. The hall can also be used as a communal space for local residents and train users.

At the largest summer festival in Kita-Harima, 140,000 people gather in Ono. You can enjoy the fireworks display and the Ono Koi Odori (Ono love dance). Date: Mid-August (The first Saturday and Sunday after the Obon vacation)

The Forest Hot Spring has a dome bath with a great view of the forest, the Waterside Hot Spring has baths made from beautiful and fragrant cypress and boasts a great view of the waterside, and the White Cloud Hot Spring is a bath for people with special needs. In addition, there are bedrock baths with 22 individual beds.
